• Waist: Place the measuring tape horizontally around the narrowest part of the waist, breathing normally.
• Hip: Measure over the fullest part of the buttocks and hips.
• Measure snugly against the body without cutting into the skin, and use the values to compare with the chart.
• Lay a well-fitting pair of pants flat on a level surface.
• Measure waist width, hip width at the widest point, and total length from the waistband to the hem.
• Compare these values with the measurements in the size chart to choose the best size.
